Kids and teens! From June 1 through June 8, we'll forgive your overdue fines. Really! All you have to do is sign up for Summer Reading.

Why are we being so nice? We just want to see you back in the library. And signing up for Summer Reading means that you get to take full advantage of a whole season's worth of activities, reading, learning, having fun, hanging out with your friends (or making new ones), plus earning badges and winning prizes!

So come into the library or visit the bookmobile during the week of June 1-8. Start by signing up for Summer Reading at the Summer Reading Desk. We'll give you a super-cool lanyard with your name on it. Take that over to show someone at our Checkout Desk and they'll erase your fines! Best. Summer. Ever.

This offer is for kids and teens 18 and under only (sorry, grown-ups!). Fines will only be waived on cards belonging to the named participant in Summer Reading. Fines on any cards linked to that card will not be waived. Must sign up on or before June 8 to qualify. Only overdue fines will be waived. Lost item charges and collection fees will not be waived.
