Select the best Medicare Part D option for you. Trained health care counselors from Congresswoman Schakowsky’s office, the Village of Skokie, and CJE will take personal appointments to help you.

Understand the process and select the right option for you. To sign up, call the library or visit the Information Desk.

The Medicare Open Enrollment period for 2019 is October 15–December 7. At your appointment, compare your current plan to what other plans offer so you get the one that’s best for you. New enrollees may also sign up. Bring to your appointment your Medicare card, details about your current plan, and a list of prescriptions you take.
