Watch an online event about children's health with other caregivers. There will be toys for children to play with during the viewing, and library staff will facilitate a brief discussion afterward.
Connect with health experts and each other to learn about children’s development, health, and well-being. Presented by Advocate Children’s Hospital and library partners.
Clare Crosh, DO, MS, FAAP, is a pediatrician who completes research in literacy and health equity. She will discuss why reading to newborns and young children promotes brain development and language skills. Learn tips for reading to your little ones and practice your skills.
Drop in to attend the viewing party. Light, healthy snacks and coffee will be provided.
To attend Dr. Crosh's presentation in-person at Chicago Ridge Public Library, register from the Chicago Ridge Public Library event calendar. You do not have to be a Chicago Ridge Public Library cardholder to attend in person.
