Staff from our youth and teen departments talk about which books made the list in 2024 and gush about their personal favorites.

Each year the Association of Jewish Libraries, an affiliate of the American Library Association, releases Sydney Taylor Book Award nominees and winners, all outstanding books for children and teens that authentically portray the Jewish experience.

You might come away with some ideas for what to read to your children, provide in the classrooms, or stock in your school libraries.

Registration begins November 1.
