Introduction to Qigong

Qigong is a series of gentle exercises intended to increase strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, body-mind relaxation, and more, in support of a sense of well-being.
This three-part series is intended for older adults; however, adults of any age are welcome.
Instructor Regina Wolgel has been a licensed occupational therapist for more than 40 years and is certified by the International Fitness Professionals Association as a qigong instructor.
Participants are required to sign a waiver provided by the instructor.
Registration begins May 1.
